This course explores the current best practices in anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) and anterolateral ligament (ALL) complex reconstruction and rehabilitation, offering physical therapists and physical therapist assistants an in-depth look at the evolving understanding of knee stability and post- surgical care. Topics include surgical advancements, the biomechanical role of the anterolateral ligament, rehabilitation phases, criteria-based progression, neuromuscular re- education, and return-to-sport decision-making. Participantswill gain practical strategies rooted in evidence-basedprotocols that can be immediately applied in clinical settings.
