School-based therapists often feel overwhelmed by high caseloads and limited time for collaboration, leading to fragmented services and reduced impact. The 3:1 model offers a structured approach that improves educational relevance, supports student outcomes, and helps preventtherapist burnout. This course provides practical tools, real- life examples, and scheduling strategies that can be appliedimmediately. Participants will leave equipped to implement the model, advocate for collaborative time, and enhance thequality of services in their school setting.

i think there could have been examples of iep forms to show where the iep information she provided and suggested should go. (where her iep suggested dialogue should be placed into an iep. provide the forms and handouts that she spoke of instead of suggesting we create them from scratch.
