Often, patients and referring providers are asking clinics if they offer dry needling. Providers and patients are looking for non-pharmacological ways to reduce pain and enhance function. In many cases therapists want to offer it but needmore education before spending hours and money on additional training. This course will give you an overview of dry needling, weigh the potential benefits/mechanisms of effectiveness, and help you decide if its right for your practice.
Target Audience: Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, Occupational Therapists, Occupational Therapy Assistants

very interesting. i feel i have a much better idea of what dry needling is ans isn't. i feel much more comfortable now whether or not i decide to pursue this type of training as my scope as a pt in ohio. i learned a lot of things i did not know before this course.
