Pelvic floor dysfunction is a common yet often overlooked issue that impacts many patients' daily lives, contributing to pain, incontinence, and functional limitations. However, many general clinicians, PTs, and OTs feel underprepared to assess and treat these concerns confidently.
This course provides a clear, practical guide to help clinicians integrate pelvic floor therapy into their existing practice. Attendees will gain evidence-based strategies and assessment tools they can apply immediately to identify pelvic floor dysfunction and implement effective interventions. By the end of the course, clinicians will feel empowered to expand their scope, improve patient outcomes, and address pelvic health with confidence.

there needs to be more emphasis on when an ortho pt should refer or specifics about how they can help.

overall podcast was good. speaker was clear and informative related to learning objectives. i found myself stopping frequently and listening repetitively to assessment and intervention strategies, and to allow time for note taking. i would have preferred a more detailed power point to decrease my writing and allow my focus on the information provided.

it would be nice to have the instructors be able to re-record their podcast if they make a mistake when speaking or etc.

i was hoping for a slide in the handout that listed the resources she suggested for further education at the end. it was difficult to tell if the references listed were the same.
