- would love to see more empirical evidence across the lifespan rather than focusing on what polly looks like in sessions - more resources for therapy dogs and service dogs - if there are grants\/financial aide resources for procuring a therapy dog

unlike so many others who conducted webinars in their home where they have their cameras aiming up at them, she had her camera near eye-level making her more engaging and less like being lectured. additionally, unlike most, her power points weren't loaded with too much info, creating a visual overload, while the instructor added more audio info, making acquiring the material very difficult.

i thought the course was good. the instructor clearly had a lot of experience with pediatric populations and her dog is an excellent partner. it would have been helpful to have a manual that included some of the slides the instructor had such as the requirements for a therapy dog. the imbedded videos were small. other courses i have taken with summit had technology that allowed you to click on the video to enlarge it to take up the full screen the screen-- you could enlarge this course to the whole screen but the videos were still relatively small. i would be interested in seeing a video of a therapy session using the dog that included the therapist interacting with the client and her dog. also i think this is an introductory course not an intermediate level.

it is a little repetitive, i think the video can be done a little bit shorter, but it makes sense that it is that length considering that it is for a certificate. overall it was nice.

the instructor did an excellent job notably explaining the difference between a service dog and therapy dog. and the many benefits a therapy dog can offer in a clinical setting.
