These many functions include motor control, coordination, rhythmic movement, executive functionskills, attention, and modulation of sensory input. Cerebellar dysfunction has been found to be associated with ADHD, autism, Parkinson’s disease, and other disorders.Using this new research, therapists can facilitate activation of this very important brain structure through rhythm, balance, and coordination activities. As your understanding of the importance of this structure develops, you will be able to incorporate these activities into your treatment sessions.

excellent and pertinent material. presenter had a long of knowledge and outside resources. wish she had written them on a slide in presentation so that i could have it in hard copy rather than state them verbally. i would have to write them somewhere or relisten rather than have it all in one place

very interesting info. i haven't gotten new research on cerebellum function for a long time. the power point i printed out, however, was not the same as hers, and i had to stop the video and write in the additional info. several times.
