i was expecting more strategies to help with the nonverbal kids i work with on the autism spectrum. they are not going to participate in the exercises shown, and while the exercises might help me self-regulate, that was not what i was looking to gain from this course.

the instructor seemed knowledgeable but this felt very disorganized. terms were used without definitions and the questions on the test were not all in the material.

i appreciated the helpful movement break demonstrations with explanations regarding benefits for regulation and included reflex integration.
