i wish there was more information on other strategies other than relating to just yoga. while some of my kiddos on my caseload would benefit, this is not an interest area, so other mindfulness techniques are needed.

felt the focus was on the school based setting and not how to apply to different settings. was very disappointed the instructor did not know the answer to the question about billing for mindful movement based activities, which made it seem like the instructor was not prepared for answering questions pertaining to other settings\/ situations

i love the tips regarding use of language combined with movement and the idea that "at the count of three we will..." which will be very helpful in getting students to listen and wait-both great skills!
