Managing sensory processing challenges is crucial to the success of development. In addition, we will explore the critical dos and don'ts of therapeutic activities forchildren experiencing sensory-related challenges. This course is designed for physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists working with children with sensory-related challenges and childhood trauma experiences.

i felt more treatment examples would have been helpful for interventions

i felt like a lot of the information was repetitive and anecdotal. i would of loved some examples of specific play ideas or interventions to use with children with trauma. i felt like the course emphasized to find out if there was trauma in their life and not as much about what do to or what can help within therapy.
