a way perhaps to access the test prior to starting or easier way to print off manual prior maybe on screen to assess opening course. excellent info with clear clinical and objective tests outlined to substantiate and direct clinician for use objectively and collaborative carryover stradegies with clear tests guidelines and reasoning.
