the information about all these complex dizziness diagnoses was soo helpful and soo informative... but i was hoping for more guidance in management. for example, i am now able to identify several (like 5 of my current patients this week) of my clients issues with greater understanding and accuracy, but i don't really feel better equipped for how to help them get better.
