When therapeutic goals are set to pursue a culture of successful aging across multiple levels of care, it is critical that all rehab professionals are equipped with current research and clinical strategies to achieve these goals. Therapists play a significant role in incorporating evidence- based and strategic initiatives with clients at different levels of care who may require therapy for a variety of diagnoses and identified deficits. Such innovative practices have often been able to move beyond the isolated therapy gym and to achieve greater clinical outcomes through a range of other effective clinical strategies and settings.
This course will include supportive research and specificclinical strategies, techniques, and creative solutions for therapists of all disciplines to incorporate all components of successful aging for their clients. Such initiatives will includecomponents for improved physical and cognitive functionwhile also improving the client’s overall lifestyle toresult in greater longevity and overall clinical outcomes. Tools will include charts, case studies and therapeutic tasks to equip therapists of all disciplines to use in their own clinic practice.

it was difficult to see the slides because they were put in the bottom corner and only the instructor was shown in the full screen.

excellent course overall. slides presented to live conference either not visible on computer screen or too small to read if displayed which made it a little difficult to follow along.

didn't care for the format of her teaching a room full of people- whatever she had on the screen seemed irrelevant to me (from the viewing perspective).
