i am so glad someone finally talked about this home health challenge. when i first started, i took over a case where a pt used her own money and day off to help a patient clean up a hoarder house. the patient then falsely accused the therapist of stealing 3 old non working vacuums ( i had to show her that the vacuums were at the curb for trash pick up) and bedding that the pt had actually paid to be professionally cleaned ( i have more anecdotes to tell ). this shows the real risks and struggles we face. i appreciate you clarifying this situation and providing clear actionable steps.

the only problem with this online course is that many of the presenters' slides were difficult to read because they were too light. however, i enjoyed the course. the presenter was very knowledgeable about the topic.
