The COVID-19 pandemic changed the workplace environment for many people resulting in increased work from home requirements without proper ergonomic setup training. For many employees working from home, changes resulted in poor ergonomic setup and increases in musculoskeletal pain. As clinical practitioners the demand for accurate, updated knowledge on proper ergonomic setup for home employmentstations as well as effective treatment options for resultant musculoskeletal injuries following poor ergonomics is imperative in today's clinical setting. Clinicians treating patients through onsite outpatient rehabilitation or telehealth rehabilitation must now be able to assess and treat thepossible root causes of musculoskeletal injury relative to poor ergonomic setup to improve patients' quality of life. This course will cover the fundamentals of proper workstation ergonomics and common musculoskeletal injuries related to poor ergonomic setup. i have a lot of office ergonomic experience. i feel the explanation of neutral wrist positions could have been clearer. i always recommend an external keyboard and mouse for laptop use. there are many inexpensive keyboards and mice and they are necessary if the laptop screen is elevated adequately for neutral neck posture.

it would have been nice to have the information on the apps recommended and sleep positions in the manual instead of having to email for information.
