Frozen shoulder is a condition that affects roughly 5% of the general population with roughly 3 million new cases being diagnosed annually. Women and those with diabetes are at greatest risk. Physical and occupational therapy frequently fails, as clinicians often struggle to apply the appropriate treatment at the correct stage of the condition. This coursewill evaluate the stages of frozen shoulder and discuss the most effective treatment options. Through the use of currentevidence as well as case studies, clinicians will learnmethods of evaluation and treatment of frozen shoulder at all phases of the condition.
