This course provides therapists an introduction to High- Intensity Interval Training, a popular technique used in the fitness industry. Participants will receive information on the physiological effects, including a review of the current evidence. Specific information will be provided on how the trainer/therapist might be able to adapt HIIT for their patients based on demonstrated assessment methods. Ample video demonstration will be provided of actual workouts that can be incorporated for any fitness level-patient or non-patient!

i liked the use of your videos and with the possible modifications. most pts are not even to your physique level%3b well done with all of the details. this was a lot of info for me as i have heard of hiit but never seen or had anyone explain the hiit exercises \/ examples either.

i like the different examples of hiit and modifications. i would like to see a modification for if you do not have a sled in the home or clinic.
