Providing affirming and inclusive services to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and other sexual/gender diverse patients is essential in order to achieve health equity for LGBTQ+ individuals.  It is often difficult to navigate the complexity of sexual and gender identities with an ever- evolving expansion of the terminology and language used in the LGBTQ+ community.  This workshop will help you overcome barriers to treatment, for both the therapist and the patient, based on their sexual/gender identity.

it was hard to follow along with presenter, since only the power-point presentation showed, not the presenter herself. i believe to other visuals besides the pp would have made it easier to attend.
