The Evolution of Manual Therapy

Manual therapy has long been used as a treatment modality to help decrease pain and improve other patient outcomes in the rehab world. Despite updated research and evidence to the contrary, many clinicians today still cling to the outdated proposed mechanisms they learned early in theircareer to explain the effects of manual therapy.
