With the increased activity level of our adult and athletic population, combined with the upcoming changes toward outcomes-based reimbursement, there is a definite need for therapists and other health care practitioners to more effectively manage and treat patients with orthopedic conditions. Evidence-based evaluation methods, precise clinical reasoning, manual therapy techniques, and therapeutic and neuromuscular exercises, function to not only efficiently reach a successful outcome, but to also prevent the development of future impairments and injury.
This iterative course will teach tools and decision-making skills that utilize the latest research which can be immediately implemented to improve a patient's recovery and overalloutcome. Hands-on skills to address mobility and movement coordination deficits will also be addressed to match the patient's stage of recovery. With the newfound thought process and clinical reasoning, participants will find that patients respond to treatment more quickly and reach higher levels of functional performance. This course is a must for any clinician desiring to hasten their patient's recovery, improve patient satisfaction, and maximize treatment outcomes.
Target Audience: Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, Occupational Therapists, Occupational Therapy Assistants, Athletic Trainers

i always appreciate providing more videos and pictures of what the instructor is talking about other than the demo, not because i can't imagine or understand what he\/she is saying, but it reduces the monotony and boredom of staring at all the texts especially when you have a 6-hour seminar.

instructor was great- but the online video of the course often did not adequately 1) show the demonstration techniques well due to camera positioning (despite center plinth) and 2) online presentation did not film the instructors slides (shown behind him) only when videos were showing dissent home get to see his slides clearly.

i know that we have the printed packets, but it would've been nice if the videographer had gone to the screen when he was presenting a few more of the items
