i enjoyed the instructor's presentation style which was conversational which kept the course interesting. the case studies were very helpful.

the case studies were particularly helpful to apply the information in a real situation. also, the way to talk about potential issues with a manager was helpful.

as the presenter suggested taking this in a live format would have been very valuable to ask clarifying questions and expand on specifics to different work settings and cases.
