this was a high quality dynamite class, covering as much in 2 hours as most do in a full weekend the presenter was excellent , highly knowledgeable and clear and concise, covering q%26a at well timed intervals in the presentation. wonderful job! would like a full bibliography (as always, summit classes should offer the references at the end, please).
