As total and reverse total shoulder replacements become more common, effective rehabilitation is critical to long-term success. This course helps physical and occupational therapists move beyond protocol memorization to understand the why behind post-operative guidelines. Participants will learn the key anatomical and biomechanical differences between procedures, evidence-based progression strategies, and the ways to adapt treatment for safe, functional recovery. By the end of the course, attendees will be better equipped to individualize care, communicate effectively with surgeons, and optimize outcomes for patients following shoulder arthroplasty.
Target Audience: Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, Occupational Therapists, Occupational Therapy Assistants
Delivery Format: Asynchronous, recorded video to be watched online at your leisure
