Julie B. Barnett, PT, DPT, MTC, is a doctor of physical therapy and certified manual therapist through St. Augustine University of Health Professions with Stanley Paris for over 20 years. Dr. Barnett is director of The Non-Surgical Center of Texas in San Antonio. They combine regenerative injections with the PM&R MD with physical therapy to maximize non-surgical outcomes in their geriatric athletes. Dr. Barnett has been trained in McConnell and kinesio taping techniques for over 15 years and incorporates this with her manual therapy.
