Selena Pemberton

Selena Pemberton, MOT, OTR/L, RYT200 has been a licensed occupational therapist since 2013 and received her master's in occupational therapy from the University of St. Augustine, FL. Her experience includes a variety of adult and geriatric settings. Mastering the setting of SNF, Selena advanced to multiple leadership roles in her field, including OT team lead and director of rehabilitation. She is currently a program director of an occupational therapy assistant program in Southwest Florida and has found her passion for teaching the new generation of occupational therapy practitioners. Selena completed the Pelvic Floor Function, Dysfunction and Treatment (Level 1) course offered by Herman & Wallace in 2023. Using her skills as an OT, she provides pelvic floor education both virtually and in person to populations including women's health, prenatal and postpartum, and pelvic floor changes related to aging. In addition, Selena is a 200-hour registered yoga instructor who offers local yoga classes and mindfulness training within her community, supporting populations who are aging, prenatal and postpartum, and those managing motherhood-related stress.
