Tim Mann

Tim Mann PT, DPT, OCS, SCS, GCS, MTC, CSCS, is a doctor of physical therapy, board certified specialist in sports, orthopaedics and geriatrics, and is extensively trained in manual therapy, persistent pain management and strength and conditioning. He is a Certified Lifestyle Medicine Professional through the American College of Lifestyle Medicine and holds additional certifications in dry needling, clinical management of the fitness athlete and the older adult. Tim has worked in various orthopaedic rehabilitation settings for over ten years with a primary practice focus on the spine. He also owns his own virtual health optimization business where he specializes in a combined approach of improving physical resilience and lifestyle behaviors. Tim has been a faculty mentor in multiple orthopaedic residencies and has taught continuing education both online and in person. He specializes in making complex clinical concepts approachable and immediately applicable for all learners. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, Academy of Orthopaedic Physical Therapy, and American College of Lifestyle Medicine.
